The hotel included 250 guestrooms, 3parking levels below grad, 2 restuarants, a cantiilevered roof top swimming pool, a rooftop assembly deck, a dormitary style hostle and workout facility. True North Compliances Services provided the review for Building, strucutral, fire-life safety, smoke control systems, accessibility,  mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy and green building requirements.
