Bayshore Redevelopment

True North Compliance Services provided the plan review for the new Arena. The over 12 acre site included 3 new high rise buildings, 2 10-story parking structures, H occupancies, L occupancies hazardous materials, outdoor assembly spaces, and accessory structures. The Arena hosts hockey, basketball, concerts, trade shows, etc. All uses were considered in the review of the arena. True North Compliance Services reviewed the Building Code requirements, strucutral, fire-life safety, smoke control systems, accessibility,  mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy and green building requirements.
